Action Taken: Expert Calibration and Engineering
- Precision Entrance Coverage: To accommodate the store's wide entrance, the Tagmax team installed a pair of wide-exit pedestals at a 2.2-metre separation. This width was meticulously chosen to ensure that even small adhesive security labels are detected with total accuracy.
- Close-Proximity Configuration: Because the customer wanted to display tagged merchandise very close to the security pedestals and the till area, our engineers conducted a precise calibration. This prevented "near-field" interference, ensuring the system only triggers for actual theft attempts.
- Clean Technical Finish: To maintain the store's professional aesthetic, all cabling was run through a dedicated conduit installed by our engineer. Power was strategically supplied from a column located by the front door to keep the shop floor clear and tidy.
